How It Works

Setup

Firstly, fasten the puller arms and mount the central spindle over the middle of the bearing to ensure accurate alignment.

Connecting Hydraulic System

Now connect the hydraulic pump to the puller, if it's not attached. It doesn't manner it is hand or power updated.

Application of Hydraulic Force

Apply the hydraulic force with controlled pulling power that loosens and extracts the bearing from the shaft or housing.

Bearing Removal

Observe the removal process carefully. When the bearing is extracted, reduce hydraulic pressure to maintain control in the operation.

Completion

As the bearing is removed totally, relieve the hydraulic pressure and then disassemble the tool
