PETWV (Straight) & PETWA (Angle) Series

PETWV (Straight) & PETWA (Angle) Series

Features of prime PETWV (Straight) & PETWA (Angle) Series

  • Pump and Hose are no longer needed. To do precise bolting process, it only requires power supply of 220-240, 50-60Hz
  • Continuous rotation without impact. When reaching the set torque, it will stop automatically. More functional than hydraulic wrench by intermittent drive.
  • Single chip intelligent torque control system, with fault self checking function and power off memory function
  • Accuracy : +/- 5%
  • Two ways of Torque setting – Set the torque manually. System recommends torque as per bolt parameters
  • Human computer interface. Torque value is shown directly on LCD display. Torque table is not needed.
  • Double anti overload protection. Electronic system against over tighten and the clutch against overload, they can protect driving components effectively

How It Works

Setup

Mount the PETWV (Straight) or PETWA (Angle) tool on the application point.

Selection of Tool

You must select the suitable tool based on your application or tasks.

Tool Activation

Connect the tool to the needed hydraulic or power source if applicable.

Execution of Task

Now its time for execution as the PETWV and PETWA iare ideal for in line and difficult angles.

Monitoring

Make adjustments to the tool as necessary to optimize its performance by means of controls

Task Completion

After completing the given task, disconnect the equipment, examine the outcome of the experiment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is the difference between the PETWV (Straight) and PETWA (Angle) series?

+
A: The major difference between these two are that PETWV series is designed for straight-line applications, while the PETWA series is ideal for operations requiring angled access.
